Barossa Cabernet is one of our best kept secrets and sometimes you just want it all to yourself! In 2022, I started working with a 1950 planted vineyard on the white wind-blown san ds of Ebenezer. There was a wonderful history of wine coming from the vineyard and I knew given time, I could start to create something wonderful.
