Calm the mind. Release tension. Nourish the skin and scalp. This treatment focuses on the ultimate favourites—hands, feet, shoulders, and scalp—combining hot towel stretches, therapeutic massage, and a calming scalp ritual with nourishing botanical oils. Extra care is devoted to the parts of the body we rely on most: hands that type, carry, and grip; feet that support every step; shoulders that bear the weight of daily tension; and a scalp that gathers the stress of busy days. Each area is softened and released, leaving you with a sense of lightness, clarity, and deep relaxation from head to toe.
