Quality tool to remove your headset cups - Either semi-integrated or traditional style headsets. Slip the tool from the underside of the head tube, the flared end will snap into pl ace and strike the top with a mallet to safely remove the cups - preferably with a rag or a buddy to catch the cups. Repeat the procedure for the top headset cup. Easy. You could always try and pick and smash your cups out with a some screwdrivers, hammers and what-ever tools you have lying around, but we definitely do not recommend that. Do it right the first time!
