Each basket comes with a beautiful bundle of white sage and a detailed stone chart, so you know the properties of each specimen. The stones included may vary slightly, but can include: black tourmaline to block negativity, amethyst to aid in healing and spiritual growth, citrine to promote motivation and creativity, amber to alleviate stress, black kyanite for grounding, and a natural quartz point to help amplify all the other stones.
