Shampoo Service RequiredFor proper hair preparation and to maintain The SHE'KEND Experience service standards, a shampoo service is required before your Healthy Ends Trim. If a qualifying shampoo service is not selected when booking, we will contact you after receiving your appointment to assist with adding the appropriate service. The $25 Healthy Ends Trim price does not include the required shampoo service. The price of your selected shampoo service will be added to your appointment total. Please NoteThe Healthy Ends Trim is intended for routine maintenance of the ends and does not include significant length removal, reshaping, layering, or creating a new haircut. If you would like to change the length or shape of your hair, please book a Haircut instead. Booking Fee PolicyA $25 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your Healthy Ends Trim appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. Any remaining balance, including the cost of the required shampoo service, is due at the time of service. This consultation is included as part of your appointment because every SHE'KEND experience begins with understanding you.
