Every child's head size and shape is different, so measuring is the most reliable guide. Medium: approximately 42 - 46cm head circumference Large: approximately 44 - 48cm head circumference Extra Large: approximately 48 - 53cm head circumference How to measure: Use a soft tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your child's head, just above the ears and across the forehead. Note the measurement in centimetres and match to the size guide above. If you have tried the cap on your child and it is not the right fit, we accept returns on Pilot Cap hats for a size exchange or refund.
