This thumb latch will fit gates between 7/8" and 1-3/4" thick. Can also be used on passage doors, closet doors, storm or screen doors. Can be used on either inswing or outswing doo rs. Reversible handle may be mounted on either side of the gate/door. Surface mounted latch and strike.
