Warcrow is a miniatures game set in the fantastical world of Lindwurm. In this setting you control a small military force made up of warriors, creatures and wizards, who fight skir mishes pursuing the interests of your faction. The Hearthguards represent the epitome of dwarven warfare. Armed with an axe anda shield, the traditional weapons of Mounthaven, they are the last line of defence forthe dwarven strongholds. Thus, they rarely engage in combat, but when they do, theyexhibit a level of martial skill that is above what most of their enemies have everwitnessed. With the beginning of the Last War, the Hearthguard were authorised to participatein Mounthaven's offensive actions. These warriors are becoming a more commonsight on the battlefield for this reason.
