Add diced tomatoes, tomato-vegetable juice, and a leek. Makes 10–12 satisfying servings. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Combine Soup Mix and 12 cups of water in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 90 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add 1 can (28oz/796mL) diced tomatoes, 1 chopped leek, and 6 cups tomato-vegetable juice.
