We offer 72-hour heat packs free of charge on all orders in the winter. Please note, we reserve the right to hold an order for shipping if we feel temps along route are too low. Or chids are tropical plants and should not be subjected to low temps for prolonged periods of time. If temps are below 40F along the route, heat packs may still not provide enough heat inside the box. If your order is held, we will notify you and continue monitoring temps until safe to ship. We do not sell our heat packs, and they are only shipped on existing orders for orchids. Show more
