The 2024 Heathcote Slaughterhouse Shiraz is a beautifully crafted shiraz offering loads of dark berry fruits and cedary oak-derived spices. Subtle hints of black pepper and dark chocolate further assist the palate, creating mouthfeel and viscosity.
