The Resonance Labs Heating and Cooling Pad is made from 100% cotton with organic flaxseed filling. For hot therapy, the pad is great to alleviate muscle pain, stiffness, and cramps on various areas such as the back, stomach, neck, shoulders, and legs. When used cold, the pad can be used to treat acute pain, bruising, muscle spasms, inflammation and swelling. How to Use: Heat in microwave for 90 seconds, if more heat is needed, add 30 seconds. Do not microwave for more than 2 minutes per use. Since microwave heating strengths vary, please spot check temperature before use. For cold therapy, keep in resealable bag in the freezer until needed or 2 hours prior to use.
