Heavy-duty polyurethane buffers for loading docks, ramps and walls Heavy-Duty Loading Dock Buffers are hollow-section polyurethane profiles that absorb repeated high-impact knocks from vehicles, pallets and equipment. Moulded in age-resistant polyurethane and reinforced with a perforated steel plate, they outlast solid rubber buffers and are quick to fix with pre-drilled bolt holes. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, they protect loading bays, ramps and wall edges from everyday wear. Key features Hollow-section design - the internal cavity flexes on impact, absorbing more shock than a solid rubber buffer of the same size. Age-resistant polyurethane - holds up to UV, weather and constant traffic better than conventional rubber. Steel-reinforced - a perforated steel plate backs each buffer for long-term strength under repeated impact. Pre-drilled bolt holes - fix straight to the dock, ramp or wall face without on-site drilling. Three profile sizes - 90mm x 35mm, 120mm x 50mm and 80mm x 100mm, to suit different clearance and impact needs. Internal and external use - suited to warehouses, loading bays and exposed yard areas alike. Where it is used Loading bays and dock edges Vehicle and forklift ramps Warehouse and distribution centre walls Retail and commercial car parks Manufacturing and site loading areas Sizes Choose the profile to suit the clearance and impact load: 90mm x 35mm for lighter-duty edges, 120mm x 50mm for medium-duty walls and ramps, or 80mm x 100mm for the deepest protection. All three profiles are supplied at 1000mm length.
