Heerings Gaard - 12 days old Grain Spirit 45% 0.7LThis spirit was made with barrels predating 1939, which add some unique flavours and showcase incredible history. The taste is str ong and mellow, with notes of grain, toasted oak and malt. Produced together with our friends at KOST. On the nose, it opens with sweet notes of maple and dried red berries, followed by a gentle hint of smoke. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, revealing flavors of vanilla and red berries that gradually evolve into a nutty character with a lingering smoky finish. Show more
