Based on the standard issue USN watch cap worn during WWII, our Mechanics Hat is made distinct by its short profile and deep brim, which can either be worn above the ears, or rolle d down as needed. You could say there is a strong family resemblance between our hats and our jumpers. We use the same premium virgin wool with natural self-cleaning and water-resistant properties and the same distinctive 5-gauge knit.
