Alcohol: < 0,5%Process: The grapes are picked at the peak of ripeness and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain freshness and aroma. After fermentation, the alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation, a process whereby volatile aromas are captured as the alcohol is removed at low temps and re-added to the base wine to provide as much of the original wine profile as possible.
