This listing is for customers that we have already spoken with in regards to starting Heirloom Revival projects! The deposit is non-refundable and goes towards your Heirloom Revival balance or any future Starling piece. Once we receive the deposit we will automatically mail you a UPS shipping kit to send in your revival piece.Please use the prepaid shipping label within 1 week of receiving and follow the included packing instructions. If you need more time or have any questions reach out via email! We remake pieces using your gemstones and adding in new stones if you wish. Once we receive your piece in the mail we inspect it before removing stones. If we think there will be any issue in the removal or resetting process we will let you know. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the shipping process. We work in 14k, 18k or 22k gold. Price estimates do not include trade value for melting your old gold. We determine that in person and will email you the credit amount. If you want to use your exact metal in your new piece let us know, it is sometimes possible. Here is an in depth overview about our process: 1. Please use the prepaid shipping label within 1 week of receiving and follow the included packing instructions. If you need more time or have any questions, reach out via email. Once your package arrives, we will reach out to confirm your heirlooms with you! 2. From here, we can confirm the design direction you are loving and offer your tailored project cost based on your stone specifications. Pricing includes insured shipping both ways, custom renderings and settings, metalsmithing, design and new materials. The total project cost is all inclusive, not including tax if you live in California or Massachusetts. 3. To get the ball rolling, we will ask for 50% of the lower end of the project cost. This greenlights us to begin pulling the stones from your setting. If you have chosen to have the setting returned to you, please let us know at this point so we can be as delicate as possible with the removal, however there may be some damage necessary to remove the stones. 4. Once your invoice has been completed, we will begin sending you stone layouts if necessary and/or drafting CAD renderings for your review! We will have your renderings from here in about 1-2 weeks. 5. We offer 1-2 rounds of small complimentary revisions of your CAD renderings. Any additional revisions or larger design changes will accrue modification fees. 6. Once your renderings have been approved, we will begin making your pieces in metal! 7. The metalsmithing takes about 3-4 weeks. When the project is completed we will email you for the final balance and to coordinate shipping. All Heirloom Revivals are sent FedEx overnight or 2-day fully insured with signature required.
