What is Ecopak EPX200? Developed by Challenge Sailcloth, Ecopak EPX200 starts with a 100% recycled REPREVE polyester face, bonds it with a proprietary 100% recycled waterproof film, and finishes it with a C0 DWR water repellent — completely fluorocarbon-free. The 200-denier face is cross-ply reinforced at 45° for structure and cut resistance, backed by a 70-denier ripstop for stitch strength superior to traditional pack fabrics. No TPU, no PVC, no harmful coatings. Every component — face, film, backing, cross-ply — is recycled. The bag itself is recyclable at end of life.
