The 369th Infantry Regiment, commonly referred to as the Hellfighters, was an infantry regiment of the Army National Guard During WWI. The Regiment consisted of African Americans a nd nicknamed Men of Bronze was given to the regiment by the French and Hell-fighters was given to them by the Germans.
