DESCRIPTION This photo was captured at sunset along the East River underneath the Hell Gate bridge in Astoria, Queens looking towards the RFK bridge with Manhattan skyline in the background. It's called the Hell Gate bridge for the history of the treacherous waters that caused ships to sink in that part of the river. OUR FRAMES Framing artworks is an art itself. The right frame and materials will enhance the presentation of an artwork and can make it last for a very long time. We currently offer lightweight wood frames with a Scandinavian design aesthetic. Each frame is hand-crafted with a sheet of artist-grade, shatter resistent acrylic glass. This type of glass will also minimize glare. Each frame comes with easy hanging hardware so your artwork is ready to hang as soon as it arrives. This glass will also minimize glare and reflections.
