The Helle Harding knife is considered by many to be the no.1 among the Helle classics. True to its Norwegian heritage, this knife has accompanied many Helle fans' adventures around the world. The beautiful, warm handle is made from curly birch and darkened oak. Blocks of wood are separated by layers of coloured leather. The handle has then been hand sanded to its barrel shape and polished by hand to a masterpiece. The full-length stick tang blade is made of triple laminated stainless steel. Sharpened with a traditional scandi grind and hand polished to a razor-sharp edge. The Harding comes with a beautiful classic sheath of high-quality leather.
