The Helle Viking knife is a re-creation of a classic Viking design that is more than 1000 years old! Originally produced as a part of a fund-raiser for an around-the-world expediti on in a Viking longship. With a barrel-shaped and tapered handle, the knife displays the simplicity of it's ancient design. Having no finger-guard it is especially recommended for experienced knife users. The Viking blade is made of laminated black carbon steel with a narrow tang that reaches all the way through the handle and is finished with a classic diamond-shaped washer. The Viking comes with a traditional back-sewn leather sheath that hangs on a belt with its leather loop. This knife will rust if not maintained.
