Handcrafted using sloe berries foraged from the autumnal blackthorn tree which grow wild in Tasmania. The hand picked berries are macerated in our quality gin to draw out the inten se colour and bright ripe flavours resulting in a beautifully sweet, Sloe Gin with hints of citrus and spice.
