Due to some residual ink from the print process, for first washing wash alone with a full load setting in cold water. Add a mild detergent, 1 cup vinegar and 2 tsp salt. For future washes, machine wash cold water with a phosphate free detergent. Add a mild fabric softener to enhance softness and drape. Machine dry on low heat or hang to dry. Iron on silk setting (delicate) with low steam. Expect some shrinking: 1% in width and length Chiffon: 100% polyester chiffon fabric Smooth surface with low lustre Very soft hand, lovely drape, mimics silk Print is visible about 50% on the back side Vivid print that will never fade after washing Machine wash in cold water with phosphate free detergent, hang to dry, iron on synthetic setting, may shrink after the first wash
