HELLO TINT BASE is designed to create ideal nail plate coverage due to its high pigmentation and medium consistency combined with great elasticity for an easy and smooth applicatio n. Consistency: medium Stiffness/elasticity: elastic Acidity: neutral Features: can be used in pedicures without a clear base layer Application method: Carefully degrease the nail plate.
