The result is a radiant malt that dances between orchard fruit and indulgent sweetness, with the elegance of old-world brandy and the richness of fortified wine shining through. Nose:Crème brûlée, warm brioche, buttery shortbread and vanilla custard with a hint of gingerbread spice. Palate:Lush apricots and ripe peaches swirl in velvety custard, brightened by bursts of pineapple and a buttery texture. Finish:Medium length and softly sweet, with lingering honeyed warmth and gentle oak.
