This necklace combines hematite with flared silver tube sections, creating this lovely tactile pendant. I flare each silver section individually with a doming punch, so they are ever so slightly different, much like the sections of a bamboo cane, which inspired this design. Hematite is thought to be a powerful stone which has strong grounding energy, connecting us to the earth. It is cold to touch, this makes it cooling and calming, and it is considered a good stone to wear to develop concentration and focus. The pendant hangs from the choice of a 41cm (16”), 46cm (18”) or 51cm (20”) long sterling silver snake chain.
