Buckwheat and Maize is a combination that is both visually stimulating with the yellow fleck of the maize and olfactory stimulating with the oil and sugars released during the boiling process of the buckwheat, we prepare them together to make sure the goodness is absorbed by both particles which darkens the maize slightly. The preparation means the natural goodness of the buckwheat oils and sweetness of maize is locked into the particle you apply to your swim. Something we offer as a subtle edge is the option to add red maize instead of the more common yellow maize. This is best used in ground baits and spod mixes and is a staple for many mixes for anglers..
