Hennie Meyer's first color memory is of used tin boxes of watercolor paints. The ceramic grid with color reflects this memory. They are a development from the large scale installat ions done for Qunci Villas on Lombok, Indonesia. Hand rolled cylinders are cut into smaller components and then pinched together to form the square grids. They are architectural constructions that reflect Meyer's fascination with multiples.
