If the martini is the King of the gin cocktails the Prince is the beautifully bright Negroni. Our own cocktail king Nick Strangeway has adapted the original Florentine recipe datin g from 1919 to be more focused on juniper. Using the technology of ultrasonic infusion we add a further layer of flavour by rapidly aging on juniper wood. Chill in the freezer 1 hour before serving, remove and pour straight up with a wedge of orange for the perfect pre dinner cocktail - or lengthen with soda. Show more
