1 YEAR HEPTATHLON TRAINING PROGRAMME You can access a full years multi events training plan. The year starts in September and will run through to June. You can see all the sessions my athletes do in our training plans, and get a feel for the demands of training at an international level. All the sessions will have notes and video links to make it easy for you to follow along. The training plan will be the same plan that my heptathletes will be following this year. You can follow along and share in the fun of all the training via insta and TikTok. If you enjoy the sessions then make sure you check out the other plans too! Once selected we will email you a link for the true coach app where your training will be uploaded in blocks across the year.
