This is a very special piece to us. It's a tribute to a beautiful friend, taken way too soon in 2022 after battling cancer. All profits from the sale of HER pieces will be donated to a trust for her son, who she left behind when he was only 18 months. The inspiration behind this set is the woman herself. A wonderful person, an incredible mother, a loving wife, a loved daughter, and a best friend. Together with the creative team at @yore_____studio we worked on this print design with a clear brief. Symbols that represented the spirit of her. She was strong (the lioness), beautiful (the rose), she was a mother (pregnant form), she was feminine, she hailed from the beaches of WA and she loved the ocean. These pieces were designed to remember her, but also as a nod to the power of women. As friends, mothers, daughters, sisters - women are truly powerful and a daily source of inspiration.
