Fed on a mix of fresh herbs and raised outdoors in small flocks, these chickens come from a farm where flavour comes first. The result is meat that’s tender, full of character, and a world apart from the bland stuff. Roast it, grill it, stick it on the BBQ—whatever you do, it’ll hold its own.
