What the heck is an herb stripper?!? A small bowl that has various sized holes in the rim. When you are ready to use fresh herbs you put the leafy part in the bowl, and put the ste m in a hole that is just barely big enough for the diameter of the stem. As you pull on the stem from outside the bowl, the leafy part of your cilantro, parsley or other herbs will be left in the bowl. This pottery is food-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. Pottery appearance (i.e. color) may be slightly different than online images due to my amateur photography skills and variation in your screen settings.
