What the heck is an herb stripper?!? A small container or bowl that has various sized holes in the rim. When you are ready to use fresh herbs you put the leafy part in the bowl, an d put the stem in a hole that is just barely big enough for the diameter of the stem. As you pull on the stem from outside the bowl, the leafy part of your cilantro, parsley or other herbs will be left in the bowl. This pottery is food-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe.
