Herbal Tea A superior pot of tea! A noncaffeinated yet stimulating chai. Great for starting your day or as an after dinner dessert. INGREDIENTS: Cinnamon, cardamom, burdock, eleuth erococcus (Siberian ginseng), astragalus, Oregon grape root, licorice, black pepper, ginger, cloves For a superior pot of Herbal Chai Tea, mix 2 oz. of herbs in 16 oz. of water. Boil 15–20 minutes, add milk, simmer for 5 minutes more. Strain, add sweetener and enjoy. This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
