BFR aids in the removal of fat and mucus from the body. You will receive 60 capsules of Body Fat Remover, which will last you 10 days if taken at the minimum dosage, less if you decide to increase capsule intake. If you want to continue to use Body Fat Remover beyond 10 days until you’ve lost the desired amount of fat you want to remove, that's fine, but just be aware that Cascara Sagrada is included in this mix and take breaks in between. Approximately 50% of Americans have parasites residing in their gut. Parasites are more common than people think and can enter the human body through something as simple as consuming inadequately washed fruits and vegetables, water, fish, pork, mosquitos, touching pets, etc. Signs you might have parasites include but are no where limited to: “foggy brain”, anxiety or depression, chronic skin problems and stomach issues, lack of energy, body odor or terrible smelling gas, bloating, a lot of food allergies, anemia, difficulty falling asleep etc. Our cleanse consists of Dr. Sebi’s original parasitic formula PLUS black walnut and wormwood added in. Wormwood not also aids in expulsion of intestinal worms but also aids in providing memory support, cognitive function, antibacterial, antifungal, liver cleansing support, and so much more. You will receive 90 capsules and if taking at minimum dosage, they will last you 2 weeks, which you’ll find is the “standard” parasitic cleanse length. If you find your body needs more than that, take a week off after 14 days and do another 1-2 weeks of detoxing. Ingredients: Dysphania, ambrosioides, Wormwood, Black Walnut and more herbs Cascara Sagrada- “The sacred bark”, Cascara Sagrada, is a purgative colon herb that can further aid in the flushing out of parasitic organisms by causing muscle contractions in the intestines and stimulating bowels. Since our intestines provide the ideal breeding ground for parasites, which like making homes out of compacted waste, and our colon wall linings, some like to pair the cleanse with this herb. (But it is not necessary to pair alongside the parasitic cleanse) This herb provides brain health support as well, as it aids nervous conditions like anxiety and depression and improves emotional well being. Please note you should only take this for 7 consecutive days so as not to damage your liver. Women who are pregnant or nursing are advised to avoid Cascara Sagrada because it can induce labor and lactating women can pass on the compound via breastfeeding. Directions: Any form of fasting will do while taking any of the above herbs. If you do want to eat, we urge you opt for a whole food, unprocessed, plant based diet to see better results. Body Fat Remover doesn’t require fasting; one will still see results without doing so, but results will be better if coupled with some form of fasting. Liquid fasting is recommended, because the less digesting your body has to do, the more it can focus on healing itself. However, liquid fasting is not required with these capsules to see results so choose whatever method works best for you. If you are doing the parasitic cleanse, you will also want to limit your sugar intake and that includes in the form of fresh fruits as parasites feed on sugar.
