In an herbal consultation, you'll be able to connect 1:1 with our Clinical Herbalist, Lauren, for 90-120 minutes via remote video call, phone, or private meeting at the shop. You'll discuss your health history from childhood, as well as other relevant social, physical, emotional, mental health, or historical information. Post-consultation, Lauren will formulate a custom blend for you (tincture, tea, oil, balm, etc.) and recommend additional herbs, diet changes, or adjustments to support your new remedy. Your consultation will come with a generous serving of your specified blend(s) and will always be available for reorder exclusively for you. After our initial consultation, Lauren will follow up with you 3-4 weeks later with a 30-minute call or email to hear about your progress and see if any adjustments need to be made. Beyond the initial consultation and follow-up, you will be able to schedule future consultations to expand on the original remedies, make any appropriate changes, and work on other issues you may want to address. This part will look a little different for each person -- and that's exactly as it should be. The cost of this session also includes the time and ingredients required to make your first blend, as well as the final product.
