It’s been used for centuries in traditional Western herbalism and by Indigenous communities to soothe, protect, and restore the respiratory system. When you add it to your smoke blend, you’re not just “diluting” the cannabis — you’re transforming the entire experience into something gentler, more healing, more intentional. 💨 What Mullein Does: 🌬️ 1. Soothes the lungs • Mullein is a demulcent — it creates a slick, protective lining along the bronchial tubes. • It reduces irritation and inflammation caused by smoke or harsh herbs like cannabis. • That calming sensation you feel when you smoke a blend with mullein? That’s your lungs being cushioned. 🫁 2. Acts as an expectorant • Helps gently clear mucus from the lungs and airways. • If you get phlegmy or tight-chested from smoking, mullein helps move that out without force. (And it really works✅) 🔥 3. Cools the ‘heat’ • Cannabis has a hot, sharp, upward energy — especially strong hybrids. • Mullein brings cooling, grounding balance. It smooths out the high, making it more centered and breathable. 🧠 Energetically: Mullein is like a balm for grief and stored sadness in the chest. That’s why it hits different — not just physically, but emotionally too. It supports release from the lungs and heart center, where a lot of trauma lives. With mullein, your high may shift — less anxiety, less tension, more breath, more ease. 🌬️ Marshmallow Leaf — The Silken Shield This one’s a game-changer. Marshmallow leaf coats your lungs and throat, making every inhale smoother. If you’ve ever felt scratchiness, dry coughing, or irritation, marshmallow leaf is here to protect and soften. • Soothes throat and lungs • Moisturizes dry tissue from smoke • Calms inflammation • Makes your blend silky, soft, and easy on the body 🌼 Marigold (Calendula) — The Golden Healer This flower is pure sunshine. Calendula is known for its anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, but its spirit goes beyond that. It clears grief, lifts dullness, and helps your body remember joy. It’s a protective, radiant feminine energy — bold and bright. • Anti-inflammatory • Supports immune and skin health • Energetically uplifting and clearing • Spiritually protective ✨ Mugwort — The Dream Mugwort is ancient. A third-eye herb and spiritual portal, she connects you to your dreams, visions, and deeper self. It’s not just smoke — it’s ritual. Mugwort is for the spiritual girlies and the dreamers. She doesn’t play — respect her. • Enhances dreamwork and psychic vision • Connects you to intuition and ritual • Clears sacral and womb energy • ⚠️ Do not use while pregnant They can be smoked, sipped as tea, or used in spiritual baths. Use slowly. Use intentionally. Honour your body. Honour the plant. ⚠️ Not for use during pregnancy unless under the care of a qualified herbalist. 🧿 For educational purposes only.
