In this course, we’ll explore how to stay grounded, nourished, and supported through the season using herbs, ritual, and simple, heartfelt practices. 🌿 Herbs for Warmth, Strength & Seasonal Support You’ll be introduced to a collection of winter-loving plant allies, from roots and berries to aromatic evergreens, that have traditionally been used to support wellness, vitality, and deep nourishment during the coldest time of year. 🍃 Getting to Know the Herbs of Winter Each week, we’ll explore the energetics, personality, and traditional uses of the herbs we’re working with. Through taste, touch, and story, we’ll build relationships with plants like elderberry, Oregon root grape, rosehips, ginger, and others that bring comfort and resilience when we need it most. 🍃 Hands-On Herbal Medicine Making Gathering together each week, we’ll craft a variety of winter remedies to carry you through the season. You’ll take home: Vapour bath bombs for steamy soaks Immune tincture filled with berry, herbs & roots Nourishing winter teas & vitamin C-rich infusions Syrups, oxymels & kitchen remedies Warming salves for cold-weather comfort Spiced sipping syrups and a soothing herbal hot chocolate blend Winter Rest & Ritual We’ll explore herbal support for rest, rhythm, and reflection, looking at how we can honour winter’s quiet pace and create simple rituals that bring comfort, connection, and care into daily life.
