Herco TC-700 Cleaner for quick and thorough concrete surface preparation. Easily and completely removes paint, grease and organic stains from concrete. Apply TC-700 with a brush or rag after pressure washing or scrubbing. Leaves no residue. Follow up with Herco PSC Primer and H-55 Coating (not included) to seal your pond. Safe and effective Eco-friendly formula. The HERCO Pond Coating system is formulated and manufactured by Hecht Rubber Corporation specifically for coating, sealing and leak-proofing fish ponds. The elastomeric nature of the coating allows for shifting of the substrate, such as may occur during seasonal changes.
