Yarden Mount Hermon White was produced from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Golan heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Cold fermentation retains the naturally fruity and floral qualities characteristic of these varietals. It displays bright fruit aromas of green apple, tangerine, lime, and guava, with notes of fresh flowers and a bit of grass. This medium-bodied wine is fresh, vital and drinkable.
