Abrasive level Medium refinement The red compound has a medium abrasive level and is intended for restoring the sharpness of blades that have begun to lose their cutting performance. It helps remove micro-irregularities from the edge and gives it an almost mirror-like finish. How to use Simple finishing process Apply a small amount of paste to the surface of a leather strop and spread it evenly across the leather. Then hone the blade with light pressure.
