If the Try-On period ends and any of the samples have not been placed in the mail for return with the box, or the box is returned with damaged samples, we may charge your credit card for the full amount per sample that are missing or damaged. The charge is $6.95 (+tax) per flooring/underlayment sample up to $75.50 (+tax) for the whole box.
