Product Code: 150-A90 The Wildco 150-A90 Hester-Dendy Square EPA Substrate Sampler is an artificial substrate sampler designed for collecting aquatic macroinvertebrates for biological monitoring and environmental assessment. The sampler provides a standardized surface that can be colonized by aquatic organisms before being retrieved and examined in the laboratory. Hester-Dendy samplers are used in rivers, streams, lakes and other aquatic environments and can help reduce some of the variability associated with sampling naturally occurring bottom substrates.
