The HexactaCross + HexactaSquare templates enable you to sew these shapes together in several configurations without a paper foundation as one would use in traditional English pape r piecing. This means there's no basting, and no gluing. Simply mark the dots at the holes (on the wrong side of the fabric) to indicate the beginnings and endings of seams, and then sew! The registration lines on the templates make it easy to fussy cut motifs. This set of tiny templates is perfect for making something wonderful from little scraps! The elongated hexie measures 2 7/16" finished in length in the longest direction. Each edge of the HexactaCross finishes at 1" so that it matches with the HexactaSquare.
