The Hexagon is the first injection-molded golf disc with a hexagonal rim configuration—and, unsurprisingly, it’s not PDGA approved. But that won’t stop you from throwing it. In fact, the more you throw it, the more you may start wondering what “Big Circle” is so afraid of. A collaboration between Six Sided Discs and Trash Panda, the Hexagon is manufactured in Colorado from 100% recycled plastic. The first run features a soft lavender-purple blend with a durable, moderately stiff feel and excellent grip. Future runs will feature new colors and blends as limited plastic supplies allow. With six sides and zero expectations, the Hexagon does exactly what it wants. Lower arm speeds will find a reliably straight-to-slightly-overstable putt-and-approach hybrid with a distinctive late stall. Faster arms will see high-speed turn followed by rapid deceleration, causing the disc to drop rather than produce a traditional fade. There’s nothing else quite like the Hexagon.
