The main feature of Hexangle is the ribbed and cabled stitch pattern worked over the front and back of the jumper. The geometric design is inspired by natural crystal structures, t raditional leaded windows, and my love of tessellation. Starting at the hem with a tubular cast-on, the jumper is worked in the round with an all-over ribbed and cabled stitch pattern. Back and front are divided at the underarms, with the fronts being worked simultaneously; the shoulders are seamed, stitches picked up for the sleeves which are worked in the round to the cuffs, and stitches are picked up for the neckband.
