As they are detritivores, they'll break down any decaying plant matter and munch on any mold or fungi that might establish itself in your slice of woodland. Shipping: Postage is already calcuated into the prices listed above, just choose your area and rural if you need to. If you require more than one springtail culture you can add up to two more (3 total) for the prices listed below. Pick up is from Raumati Kapiti Coast. Springtails need to be sent via overnight courier they cannot be combined with any other item. Postage days for springtails are Monday (except public holidays) Tuesdays and Wednesday. Whilst we do everything we possibly can to ensure a safe passage for the springtails we cannot be responsible for them once they leave our hands. We have been posting for over two years with only one mishap, which isn't bad odds.
