Heyou Studio is an independent studio that integrates life aesthetics and ceramic creation, focusing on the design and production of handmade pottery. The style of the works is cool and restrained, focusing on texture, lines and blank space. It is deeply influenced by Wabi-Sabi aesthetics and Eastern philosophy, emphasizing the delicate connection between objects and emotions, space, and daily life. We are good at integrating sculptural language into daily utensils to explore infinite form changes with limited materials. Each object is hand-formed and slowly fired, retaining the original texture and temperature of the clay, presenting a quiet, balanced and imperfect beauty. Just like a small restaurant on the edge of the city, the people who really come here are those who have a little story in their hearts. Feather Leaf Wind Chime The wind blows silently, and the feathers fall without startling. The whole work is inspired by feather leaves, and is made of ceramic feathers with bionic textures that are hand-carved and stacked. It is hung on a wooden bottom metal bracket. When the breeze blows, the porcelain feathers touch the metal core rod, making a crisp and ethereal bell sound, just like the flapping of bird wings in the forest. The black ceramic forms a quiet contrast with the sunlight and wood grain. When the wind blows, it echoes softly, which is the bell of the enchantment. Keeping quiet can also remove turbidity.
